4.0 Refund and Return

4.1 Eligibility

Products are eligible for a Refund/ Return if ALL the following are met:

  1. The Product is returned in the same physical condition it was in at the time of shipment. This includes but is not limited to the original packaging and seals.

  2. The Application process for a Refund/ Return is started within 14 days of the delivery date. This shall be verified versus the tracking information provided to the customer. Note that Day 1 of 14 starts the day the delivery is made.

  3. The customer initiates the Process by emailing us directly at ozpregrading@gmail.com within the timeframe specified above.

4.2 Policy

  1. Only Refund/ Return Applications sent to us via email at ozpregrading@gmail.com will be considered.

  2. Ozprey reserves the right to decline a Refund/ Return if the product is deemed to have been tampered with and is hence, not in its original state.

  3. Refunds/ Returns are not available for Items purchased during Sales and/or if Gift Cards and Coupons are used as the method of payment.

  4. Ozprey reserves the right to decline the Refund/ Return of an item, should the customer exhibit behaviours leading to suspicion of arbitrage.

  5. All Postage and Handling Costs will be incurred by the customer.

  6. Ozprey is not liable for a Returned Good getting lost during transit, resulting in it not being delivered. Ozprey recommends that all return goods to be shipped back to us with tracking.

  7. Ozprey reserves the right to decline a Refund/ Return should the product show signs of self-inflicted damage. Common example is the plastic seal around certain products being damaged during transit from friction.

In the event that a delivery and it’s packaging arrives damaged, the customer shall take photos of the damage and contact us immediately at ozpregrading@gmail.com before opening the box. We would request that the damaged parcel be shipped back to us for a replacement. Failure to do so may result in the application being declined. The assumption is that if a parcel is opened, that no significant damage to the packaging was noted on delivery. For a damaged parcel on delivery, the customer shall have 2 days to reach out to Ozprey. Note that the two days is from delivery/Collection date.
