Ozprey currently does not offer International shipping.
Ozprey reserves the right to cancel and refund orders which have an International Shipping Address
(i.e. Located outside of Australia).
All orders placed on the website, are processed Monday to Friday and are generally dispatched within the next 48 hours (excluding Weekends and Public holidays).
Note that our regular Shipping days are Tuesdays and Saturdays.
Ozprey’s chain of custody/responsibility ends once orders have left our premises and handed to Australia Post (or any other relevant delivery service).
Ozprey shall not be responsible for any delays regarding shipping.

It is under the customers responsibility to ensure they provide the correct Shipping Address.
Ozprey shall not responsible for any deliveries left unattended by your local Postal service(s). The customer will be provided the tracking number and it is under their remit to be aware of any changes to deliveries.
Ozprey reserves the right to increase shipping on orders exceeding 0.25 cubic metres. An example would be a parcel exceeding 700mmx700mmx500mm.
