By using  the Ozprey site [ozprey.com.au], you are consenting to the collection of information by Ozprey. Any personal that information you submit and/or is collected will be protected by our secure host server. Ozprey will not sell or trade your information to third party organisation without your consent. 

Our Terms and Conditions as well as other policies periodically change. Any new version will be communicated to you via the right channels/means of communication deemed satisfactory.

Introduction

Welcome to Ozprey’s Terms of Use agreement. For purposes of this agreement, “Service” refers to the Company’s services, pre-agreed to, via direct means of communication, in which users have made contact with the owner of Ozprey Pre-Grading. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our'' refer to the Company. “You/ your” refers to you, a user of our Site or our Service. “Ozprey” refers to the Company’s full name, Ozprey Pre-Grading.

1.0 PSA Submissions

1.1 Submitting your cards to Ozprey

Find below, the PSA Submission process as well as the different tiers available and their respective prices. Subsections 1.1.1 and 1.1.2 summarise the process from both your and our perspective to give you an overall appreciation of the grading process. 

1.1.1 The Process (Your side)

1. Select which card(s) you would like us to submit to PSA and send us the list to make sure we receive it all. [This is done to ensure your safety as well as ours when it comes to missing cards, should such an issue arise]. 

2. Once the cards are selected, choose which PSA tier you would like us to submit your cards to. This part is important as it will capture the maximum declared value for your card once graded. Selecting a lower Tier may result in upcharges which we will pass on to you. Similarly, selecting a higher tier than necessary will result in overpaying which PSA will not charge back for. See Table 1 of Section 1.2 for the Tier Price list. 

[At Ozprey, we will do our best to make sure you submit to the most appropriate tier and advise you. However, it is still your responsibility to verify this before submitting.]

3. On the same list of cards being submitted, provide the relevant insurance information. By default, cards will be insured to 80% of its ‘raw’ value at time of submission toa maximum of its PSA Tier value, whichever one is lowest. Note that this value is to discretion of Ozprey. If you, however, would like to insure it for more, let us know through the form and we will let you know how much extra insurance will cost. Example:

A $100(USD) card submitted at Tier 1 (max value of $199 USD) will be insured at $80 USD.

A $300(USD) card submitted at Tier 1 (max value of $199 USD) will be insured at $199 USD.

4. Send your cards to our Parcel Collect or drop them off in person (recommended). Make sure you provide the card list and tier selection at least 3 days before submissions are due. Cards dropped off in person do not require a card list to be sent to us prior (See Subsection 1.1.2(1) ). Submissions are made monthly around mid-month. Special, out of cycle, submissions can be arranged at the discretion of Ozprey.

5. Once dispatched, you will be sent your total to be paid within a week.

6. Finally, sit back as we handle the rest and give you regular updates!

1.1.2 The Process (Our side)

1. Once we receive your cards, we make sure that everything mentioned from your card list is present. If the cards are sent through the post, Ozprey will video record your parcel being opened to verify against your list. Should any discrepancy emerge, your submission will be placed on hold while we aim to solve the issue. The same principle applies to cards dropped off in person. However, in that particular case, it is assumed that there will be no discrepancy as the cards dropped off on the day will be verified and added to a card list which will trump any previously received list. We ask that a document confirming the cards presented be signed on the spot.

2. Once the final card list is obtained, we will prep your card(s) for submission. This includes a minor surface clean before the card(s) are inserted into new tab sleeves and semi-rigid loaders, if deemed required.

3. PSA submissions are arranged by tier, which Ozprey has no control over. Hence, if you are to submit 3 cards to Tier 1 and 5 cards to Tier 2, it is expected that the two tiers will be in two separate subs. Should you have certain requirements, such as having your cards be submitted in one sub and/or in a particular order, please let us know in advance.

4. Once all submission batches are created and confirmed, we will post your card(s) to PSA for grading and encapsulation.

5. Once posted, we will update you with a submission number. From there on, we will give regular updates as the weeks go by. Should there be multiple submitters in one batch, we may resort to the creation of a group chat specifically made for that submission number updates. Please see Figure A below to understand the different PSA checkpoints. You will be updated every time a checkpoint is hit.

6. Once the submission is complete, Ozprey will be invoiced by PSA together with any accrued upcharges. As mentioned in Subsection 1.1.1(b), any upcharge will be passed on to you. 

7. Postage back to you is not included as part of the price. However, we are more than happy to hold your items until you are ready. Postage fees will be fixed at $20 which includes express shipping. Note that any extra such as signature or insurance are not included. Please contact us should you wish to purchase extras.

2.0 Pre-Ordered Items

2.1 Product

  1. Products available for Pre-order are not considered to be on-hand. Ozprey keeps the stock of on-hand inventory separate from Pre-orders and the two are considered independent. 

  2. Pre-ordered products from the same order will be consolidated and posted only when all the items have arrived to us.

  3. Products available for pre-order have a deadline before they are deemed closed. This information, where deemed possible, will be provided within the product description. Any purchase/Order placed after this deadline will be issued a full refund and cancelled. 

  4. Products available for pre-order can be subject to limited allocations. In such instances where Ozprey is unable to fulfill the order we will provide a full refund. No discounts, refunds, coupons or items of a similar nature shall be provided.  

  5. Products available for pre-order can be subject to delays. These include but are not limited to release dates being pushed back and Customs holding the product. Such events are considered systemic errors and Ozprey shall bear no responsibility should this occur. Hence no discounts, refunds, coupons or items of a similar nature shall be provided.

2.2 Payment

  1. Pre-orders are charged at the time of pre-order, i.e. at checkout. 

  2. Methods of payment are shown at checkout.

  3. By using our Pre-order services, you are consenting to the full payment of the product, regardless of how long it takes for the order to arrive.

2.3 Shipping

  1. If a Pre-order includes multiple items, the latter will be consolidated prior to shipping. See Section 2.1(2)

  2. Pre-Ordered Items are generally packed the day we receive them for next-day postage if deemed possible. 

  3. Official days when Ozprey conducts any duty relating to collection or posting of orders are Tuesday and Saturday. While we do our best to respect those days, note that this is a company policy and at our discretion.

  4. Ozprey is not responsible for any delays regarding shipping.

  5. Ozprey is not responsible for any damage incurred during shipping. However, at our discretion, we may issue refunds/replacements. For eligibility and more information, visit our Refund and Return Policy here.

2.4 Cancellations and Refunds

  1. Pre-orders may be canceled at any time by Ozprey. In such cases, full refunds will be provided. No discounts, refunds, coupons or items of a similar nature shall be provided.

  2. By using the Pre-order service, you are agreeing and consenting to the order and payment being final. This implies that the order, once placed and paid, is non-refundable and non-cancellable.
